The TicketSignup team is spread across the U.S., with employees spanning from Florida to New Jersey to Colorado and California. While TicketSignup is a self-serve platform (meaning you have full control over your event), we have multiple layers of ticketing platform support available to new and returning events of all sizes.
- Knowledge Base How-To Documentation: Our ever-growing support portal includes 100+ searchable how-to articles supported by screenshots, screen recordings and videos.
- Onbaoading: Every new event on TicketSignup gets personally reviewed by a member of our team, and our Onboarding Team specializes in getting new events setup to be successful.
- TicketSignup Support: Our Support Team is accessible 7 days a week and late in the evenings through the info@ticketsignup.io email and our online portal for support tickets. With multiple people assisting with support tickets at once, responses are speedy (less than 32 minutes) and issues are resolved quicly (on average, 1.5 interactions).
- Account Managers: All events have a dedicated account manager. Account managers are experienced with all types of event setups and challenges and are your go-to resource for complex questions and best practices.
