TicketSignup is a ticketing solution for Main Street and Downtown events. When creating an event, you can choose between two event types: Ticket Events for simple one-off ticketing, and Calendar Ticketing for timed entry or recurring events. Simple ticketing supports ticket grouping for multiple ticket options. Calendar-Based Ticketing provides a purchase path for recurring or timed entry events. Donations can be collected during and outside of the ticket purchasing flow. Every event includes a free customizable event website. Branding options include uploading a logo and favicon, selecting from pre-set color schemes or building a custom color scheme, and choosing a custom font theme. Website content can be arranged in one, two, three, or four column sections using pre-built dynamic components. Additional pages can be added and organized with dropdown menus. Email tools include access to dynamic email lists segmented by ticket holders, ticket purchasers, donors, and other groups, with support for uploading unlimited custom email lists. An Email Builder allows creation of emails using dynamic components. Automated Emails can be configured to send reminders to ticket purchasers at set intervals after purchase, with editable content and sending intervals. An AI Chatbot can be enabled to answer event questions automatically.
