What types of events use TicketSignup’s Simple Ticketing?

TicketSignup’s simple ticketing is used to sell event tickets online by a range of events. Common use-cases include festivals, brewery events, winery events, air show, main street organizations and downtown associations, concerts, nonprofit fundraisers, spectator tickets for track meets and endurance events, on-site parking, golf outings, and more.

How much does it cost to sell event tickets online with TicketSignup?

TicketSignup is free for the event organizer. Our only fee is a processing fee (typically passed onto ticket purchasers, although events can choose to absorb it). All TicketSignup features are available for just $0.40 per ticket, plus a standard cc processing ($0.30 + 2.9%).

Is TicketSignup Support available for events using Simple Ticketing

Yes! TicketSignup support is 100% US-Based and free for events of all sizes. You can reach out directly to your Account Manager, or submit a ticket on our support portal: https://help.ticketsignup.io/support/home

TicketSignup support is staffed 7 days a week, including evenings, and offers a speedy average response time of just 32 minutes.

Can I collect donations or sell merchandise along with my tickets?

Yes. TicketSignup allows events to add donation collection to the ticket purchase path, along with enabling donations outside of purchases.

Additionally, the robust TicketSignup store capabilities make it simple to sell merchandise and add-on experiences both during and outside the purchase path.

Unlike some ticket platforms, there’s not per-ticket fee for donations and merchandise (because we want people to buy more!). You can sell event tickets online and sell merch, and collect donations.

How long does it take to set up a Simple Ticketing event?

You can set up a basic event on TicketSignup in just minutes via the Event Wizard. At the completion of the wizard, you will have a simple, professional event website with your ticketing options.

For some events, no additional customization will be needed. However, you have unlimited customizations you can make to your website and offerings after the initial event is created.

Note: if you are setting up your first event on TicketSignup, RunSignup, or GiveSignup, we recommend starting the process early to ensure there are no delays in payment account approval. Payment accounts can be approved instantly, but sometimes require additional documentation and follow-up to adhere to fraud prevention standards. As soon as your payment account is approved, you’re ready to sell event tickets online.
