Beta AI Agent: Your TicketSignup Tutor

One of the greatest assets of AI is it’s ability to actually make people smarter by tutoring them through specific material. Currently, we are experimenting with an AI Agent (chatbot). We have trained the AI Agent specifically on our help documentation, video content, and resources. Looking for help with a specific feature or wondering if we have a specific tool? Don’t worry: our human agents aren’t going anywhere! The AI Agent is an easy place to ask a question you might think is too simple email in (no question is dumb to AI!) and a good first step to help you learn for itself. But, in addition to helping train the AI Agents and create documentation, every question can still be easily escalated to a (living) member of our US-based support team. AI and the TicketSignup API

TicketSignup has always had an open API, allowing customers to use data in custom ways through Zapier or custom integrations. AI introduces a new set of tools that can generate code through a conversation with a model, some of them with a deployment environment. The options for this are endless, allowing customers to build applications, reports, dashboards, and integrations without detailed coding knowledge.
