Month View for MTE Caps

Following the release of the day view for MTE Caps, there is now a new month view for MTE caps. Easily track tickets sold vs tickets available from the Caps page with a calendar view.

Navigate to Tickets >> Caps >> Ticket Caps. The default view is the month view. In addition to tracking ticket sales, this gives events a high level overview to verify that all caps are set correctly. Click into a day to dig into cap details with the day view. We continue to enhance this view, including a recent refresh that adds grid lines and cleaner labels to continue making your event details easy to see and understand. It’s easy to click into different dates, or return to the month view.

If caps aren’t set for some or all dates, there is a warning on the Ticket Caps month view. The number of tickets sold displays regardless of whether or not caps are set.

Viewing your timed entry event’s data in actionable, calendar-driven reports is key to a successful event. The Month and Day Caps views provide overall and detailed capacity trends. These trends allow businesses to optimize their operations and staffing to balance selling more tickets with delivering a best-in-class experience for attendees.
