We are excited to welcome Elvir Ramic to our team! Elvir is actually returning to us after interning with the Account Management team in the Summer of 2022, but will be picking up a new role as a Customer Support Representative. We asked Elvir to share a bit more about himself. Read on to get to know Elvir!
Where are you from, and where do you currently reside?
I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. I’ve lived here my whole life and loved every moment of it.
What will be your role at TicketSignup?
I will be a Customer Support Representative. I will be responding to customer support emails and calls in a timely manner.
Please share additional details about your past work experience, your education and/or training, and any notable professional skills.
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in December 2023 with a degree in Finance. I was an intern at TicketSignup in Summer of 2022, so I have a little bit of experience with the platform already! A majority of my career has been in Customer Service/Success so I think my skills will shine here at TicketSignup.
What are you most looking forward to in joining the TicketSignup team?
I’m most looking forward to meeting a bunch of great users of the platform, and also working with the most amazing group of coworkers again!
Tell us about your hobbies and interests, and what you like to do for fun outside of work.
I’m really big on technology. I love building computers and fixing old electronics. I also love going on road trips whenever I can.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I’m (slowly) learning German!
