Welcome, Jen Gaynor

We are excited to welcome Jen Gaynor to our team! Jen has extensive experience with nonprofits, race directing, and timing races. She was previously a customer of RunSignup (and will continue to work with some events), and has timed events with RaceDay Scoring. Jen is joining our marketing team to help customers (and future customers) learn more about implementing RunSignup & TicketSignup technology to improve events. We asked Jen to share a bit more about herself. Read on to get to know Jen!

What will be your role at TicketSignup?

I will be a Marketing Associate. My responsibilities will include creating graphic materials for blogs, websites, and presentations and keeping public-facing content updated to highlight new technology updates. I will manage a social media presence and work hands-on with RunSignup & TicketSignup software to understand and translate features to customers. Additionally, I will support events that we host and attend!

Please share additional details about your past work experience, your education and/or training, and any notable professional skills.

I have a degree in Childhood Studies and a Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University. For the last decade, I worked in the nonprofit sector doing development and fundraising. Most recently (December 2023) I left the nonprofit space to work full-time for 2L Race Services (timing races and business development). Previously, I had worked occasionally for 2L Timing. Additionally, since 2019 I have race directed several races in NJ with my husband, and I work at the South Jersey Running Company once a month.

What are you most looking forward to in joining the TicketSignup team?

I’m really excited to work with a team that is just as passionate about the running industry as I am and getting a chance to collaborate with so many different people on different projects.

Tell us about your hobbies and interests, and what you like to do for fun outside of work.

I love running (currently training for a 100 miler at the end of October), spending time with my 3 nephews, Halloween, and I’m a sucker for reality competition shows.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I auditioned for Amazing Race.
