There is a new Amusement & Admission tax Point of Sale report. TicketSignup’s integrated Amusement and Admission tax setup and reporting makes it easy to collect and remit for events. We’ve extended amusement and admission tax report for events using TicketSignup’s PoS via Square.
If you sell tickets via TicketSignup PoS app and collect amusement & admission tax, navigate to Financial >> Sales Tax >> Admission or Amusement Point of Sales Tax. There is a summary and line item report for any amusement tax collected via Square. You can use the summary data to remit the taxes as needed.

In addition to sales tax, some ticket events are required to collect additional admissions and amusement tax. While TicketSignup automatically collects, calculates, and remits sales tax for all events, amusement and admissions taxes are not part of marketplace facilitator laws. Therefore, TicketSignup is unable to automatically collect, calculate, or remit admissions or amusement tax on behalf of events.
