Ticket Events can now create Saved Reports for Ticket Purchases. Saved Reports let you customize search fields, columns, and column order so that you can view and export your ticket data the way you want. Saved Reports are available for simple, advanced, and MTE Timed Entry events.

How to Create Saved Reports for Ticket Purchases
To create a Saved Report, navigate to Reports >> Ticket Purchases. Click Create Saved Report.

First, you can add optional Search Fields. For example, limit the report to certain ticket types like “Friday”. Or limit the report to a specific purchase period when attendees bought tickets. For example, only show attendees who have purchased tickets in the past week.

If you do not want to restrict the data that the report displays, you can click Save and Continue without adding Search Fields.

Next, select the columns to include in the report. There are quick options to select all, or clear your selection.

Then you can drag the columns to reorder them in the report. You can also edit the column headings by clicking the edit icon.

Finally, give your Saved Report a name. You can review the included search fields and available columns. Use the back button to make any edits if needed. Note that you will still be able to edit your Saved Report after saving. Click Save Report.

Click the View Saved Reports button to view your report. You can also access Saved Reports via the Saved Reports tab on the Ticket Purchase Report. From here, you can View, Edit, or Delete a Saved Report. There are easy export options to download data from Saved Reports.


What’s Coming Next?
The first version of Saved Reports is so powerful because it lets you filter, view, and export your data in any format you prefer. There are two additional large priorities for Saved Reports that we will work on next.
- Saved Reports for other reports. In the nearer term, this includes the Individual Tickets Report and Membership Reports. We will extend this to other reports like Store Orders and Donations in the future.
- Access. In addition to viewing, editing, and deleting Saved Reports, we will add an access option. This will allow events to give access to specific saved reports.
