TicketSignup automatically optimizes your website to drive ticket sales, from mobile and SEO optimization to automated dynamic data on your site driven by your event setup. The Website Step ensures every single event has a unique site with three easy steps:
- Banner: Upload a banner image. We recommend 2400 x 800 pixels. You can use Canva to create a banner or size an existing image for your banner. There is also an easy zoom in and out to fit your image to the banner size. Don’t have an image? Scroll through the system options to find one that matches your brand and event.
Over the next several months, we will enhance this functionality by bringing the Image Gallery to banner selection. This lets you efficiently reuse banners across events. In addition, we will offer enhanced system images automatically optimized for banners with more designs across more event types. - Logo: Upload your event’s logo. We recommend an image that is square (i.e. 400 x 400 px). Again, you can use The logo will display on your site as well as other key touchpoints with attendees: Confirmation email, Email Marketing, Apple Wallet, etc.
- Theme: Choose from one of our default themes. Don’t see the right one? You can easily edit from the Website Builder and bring over your custom hex color codes to match your banner, logo, and theme for a cohesive site. We recommend using a site like ImageColorPicker to find the right color codes for your site from your logo or banner image.
