Events sell more than just tickets. From event merch to bundled attractions and add-on experiences, store items are a key way to increase revenue and create a memorable attendee experience.
TicketSignup already provides a complete solution for selling add-ons and fulfillment. With the Ticket App, events can seamlessly check in attendees and fulfill store items. In addition, some events partner with drop shipping companies. Third party providers can pull orders to fulfill and ship before the event using TicketSignup’s shipping address collection and API.
The Store Fulfillment Report provides an overall view of store fulfillment progress, with an overall progress bar and a breakdown by item. You can view the report by going to Store >> Fulfillment Report >> Store Fulfillment Report.

What’s Coming Next
We are continuing to add more store fulfillment reports. This will help haunts, festivals, and light shows that use store for bundled attractions, merch, and add-ons to better understand when add-ons are fulfilled. There are two more reports coming in the next month.
The interval fulfillment report lets events dig into when store fulfillments happened, giving a clear picture of peak fulfillment times on a specific day.

In addition, we will add a calendar view of store fulfillments. This lets you see the number of items (along with revenue) that gets fulfilled each date. This is a great view for events that ship ahead of time, giving clear visibility into the overall drop shipping progress. It is also great for calendar-based ticketing, where fulfillments happen on many days.
