There is a new Store Fulfillment report that provides detailed visibility into store fulfillment. The report introduces two views – by date and by time – that enable more precise analysis of fulfillment activity. Organizers can use this in parallel with ticket check-in reports to identify peak fulfillment periods, compare trends across days, and optimize staffing and add-on management.
Fulfillments by Date
The Fulfillments by Date view provides a high-level overview of fulfillment activity over a selected date range. The report shows the number of items fulfilled each day along with the time of the first and last fulfillment.
This view helps organizers evaluate overall fulfillment volume across multiple days, making it particularly valuable for multi-day events such as festivals, haunts, and light shows. By identifying day-to-day trends, organizers can adjust staffing schedules and plan inventory restocking. For attractions such as haunts, the report also helps manage multiple experience checkpoints where a single ticket purchase may be scanned and fulfilled throughout the event.
You can view the Fulfillments by Date report by going to Store >> Fulfillment Reports >> Store Interval Fulfillment Report. Choose the first tab.

Fulfillments by Time
The Fulfillments by Time view provides granular insights into fulfillment activity on a specific day. Organizers can select reporting intervals of 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes to see exactly when items are fulfilled.
This breakdown makes it easy to pinpoint peak fulfillment periods and align staff schedules to demand. For attractions such as haunts that scan and fulfill a single ticket purchase multiple times across different checkpoints, this report offers valuable visibility into throughput at each point during the event. Organizers can monitor activity in real time to keep lines moving and later analyze detailed data to refine operations for future nights.
Click the Fulfillments by Time tab to view this report. Then enter a date a select a time interval.

Filter by Store Item
Both report views include a filter by store item option. Organizers can isolate one item, such as t-shirts, or analyze groups of items, such as all merchandise. This flexibility makes it possible to monitor fulfillment patterns for specific categories and adjust operations based on demand.

This new reporting capability strengthens TicketSignup’s store tools by giving events actionable data to improve fulfillment operations, support staff planning, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
