Saving a polished draft as a template keeps your look, structure, and voice ready to reuse in one click across every event you run.

How to do it

  1. Open your Event Dashboard and go to Email Marketing → Draft Emails.
  2. Find the draft you want to reuse and open the Manage menu on that row.
  3. Select Create Template from Email.
  4. You’ll land in the template editor with a copy of your draft, ready to name, adjust, and save.

That’s it. The new template is available whenever you start your next email, so you can focus on the message instead of the layout.

For sent emails that you’d like to recreate as templates, click Resend Email. From there, you can save as draft then create a template from that sent email.
