There is a new Coupon ROI Report on the ticket event dashboard. Some events leverage coupons to incentivize purchases. This might be time limited discounts, coupons for a specific date, ticket type, or store item, or coupons distributed to local businesses and influencers to get their customers and followers to attend.
The Coupon ROI Report makes it easy to track coupon usage and return on investment from your ticket dashboard. Hover over a coupon to see the breakdown. You can also search for a specific coupon to track usage.
The coupon ROI report provides summary level data. You can still view all of your coupon stats, as well as create, edit, or delete codes by going to Financial >> Coupons.
