Members-Only Tickets connects your TicketSignup Memberships organization to any ticket event, including timed entry events. It is the first of several new features that bring memberships and ticketing closer together.
How It Works
Set it up from your ticket event dashboard under Membership > Members Only Tickets.
- Link your membership organization. Choose the membership organization to verify against.
- Choose your members-only tickets. Select which ticket levels are restricted to members. Every other ticket stays open to the public, so you can run member and public sales side by side.
- Pick when membership is checked. Verify that a member is active on the date they buy, or on the date of the event.
Members-only tickets are clearly labeled on your ticket page, so buyers know which options are for members.
Fast Verification for Members
TicketSignup confirms membership during checkout, with no codes to hand out or lists to upload.
- Logged-in members are recognized and verified automatically.
- Members who aren’t logged in enter their email address and receive a verification code by email. They enter the code and continue to checkout.
- Non-members can still buy any public ticket, and TicketSignup keeps members-only tickets for verified members.
TicketSignup checks membership again before the purchase completes.
Built for Calendar-Based Ticketing
Members-Only Tickets works with simple ticket events and calendar-based timed entry events.
When you check membership on the event date, each time slot shows the member’s status. A member whose membership covers the slot sees it as verified. Slots that fall outside their membership dates show as inactive, so members know which dates they can book.
