On October 10, 2022, Brady’s Bridge held a golf fundraiser, Golf for a Goal, at the Teravista Golf Club in Round Rock, Texas. The sold-out event featured individual and team golf events, celebrated with a special social hour and hot dog meal, and reached its goal of raising $25,000 for their cause.
Tickets sold on TicketSignup.io included a round of golf, cart fees, driving range, food, beverages, and a gift. This simple and all-inclusive ticket model provided tremendous value and a “no-brainer” purchase decision.
Brady’s Bridge used several TicketSignup features and tools to successfully execute ticket sales:
Advanced Ticket Groups
The event organized tickets by type to help different audiences (single golfers, teams, and sponsors) to find the tickets most relevant to them.
Teams were sold as one ticket, but custom questions allowed Brady’s Bridge to collect the names of each team member.
Organizers avoided overselling their limited tee times by applying Ticket Caps that automatically ended sales once caps were reached.
Organizers set a goal for the collective group of participants to strive towards, presented several default donation levels to make donation add-ons easy during the ticket purchase path, and offered recurring donation opportunities that turned a single contribution into monthly, quarterly, or annual support.
Through the Website Builder tool, a custom webpage was created to feature event sponsors organized by their commitment level.
Email – TicketSignup’s next generation email platform was used to send out communications to current ticket holders and remind them to invite friends and family to join them at the event during the post-golf social hour. The organizers also informed ticket holders about upcoming fundraising events like their Christmas Tree Drive.
