Event check in reporting is more powerful and actionable with the new CheckIns by Device Report. Organizers rely on accurate, real time data to manage on site operations. This report gives your team clear visibility into how each device performs throughout the day.

Event check in reporting

To access the report, navigate to Tickets >> CheckIn >> CheckIns Interval Report. Then click the CheckIns by Device tab.

See Check Ins by Named Device

Your team can assign a custom name to every device running the free, mobile TicketSignup Ticket App. Many events use staff members’ names. Others label devices by location such as Main Gate or North Entrance. These custom labels appear in the CheckIns by Device Report, so you can see exactly which person or entrance handles the most traffic.

This level of clarity transforms event check in reporting. Instead of guessing where lines form or where throughput slows, you can monitor performance by person or by entry point in real time.

Track Volume in Clear Time Intervals

You can choose any date and set your preferred interval length, then watch check ins populate across each time block.

The report highlights busy periods with shading, making it easy to identify surges and slower stretches. Your team can quickly shift staff, open additional lanes, or troubleshoot device issues.

Use the Data to Improve On Site Operations

The device level detail supports better decisions during the event. When you know the exact check in count for each device, you can evaluate staffing, understand traffic patterns, and reduce bottlenecks. After the event, this event check in reporting gives you actionable insight to refine operations for future events. You can download the CheckIns by Device Report as a CSV or Excel file to share with partners or analyze further using AI tools like ChatGPT.

With named devices and clearer event check in reporting, your team can run faster, smarter, and more efficient on site operations.
