Ticket events can now allow attendees to edit their question responses after they buy tickets. This is helpful for ensuring that responses are accurate, and giving attendees maximum flexibility to manage their tickets.
Enable question management by going to Tickets >> Ticket Management >> Question Responses. You can customize the display with custom wording.


If you only have one question, you could make the display more specific.


Attendees can easily manage their responses by clicking Manage Tickets. This is done seamlessly without passwords or logins using email verification. From there, they can update question responses.
