Increase Your Revenue with Store Items
The capabilities of your integrated TicketSignup store allow you to sell merchandise and experiences during and outside of the ticket purchase path.
Whether you’re selling merchandise, streamlining the sale of items that enhance your event, or offering experiential upgrades, TicketSignup’s store offers an easy way to increase your average purchase and boost the value of each attendee. Typical store options include:
Key Features of Your TicketSignup Store
Custom Store Setup
Flexible options to setup your store to meet the needs of your event.
- Add custom images and descriptions to make swag options more appealing
- Simplify your options by adding up to three variants (like size, color, and style) for each item offered.
- Set pricing per item or customize the pricing based on variant selection.
- Allow store items to be purchased only during ticket purchase, only in a standalone store, or both during ticket purchase and in a standalone store.

Sell More with Bundles
Bundle tickets and store items together in VIP packages to encourage larger sales.
- Increase sales of higher-priced tickets by automatically bundling store items and tickets together.
- Allow items to be sold both in bundles and a la carte, or make your bundles exclusive by limiting certain store items to purchase via bundle.
- Limit and track entry to various attractions with bundles that include a set number of attraction visits.
Share Inventory with Warehouse
Add store items to your virtual warehouse to sell across all your ticket events.
- Manage the display options and inventory of swag items across all your events from a single dashboard.
- Eliminate leftover swag by easily transferring sales of an item from one event to another.
- Access the same flexible setup options like variants and pricing that are available in your event-specific store.

Fulfill Store Items On-Site
TicketSignup’s Event Day Tickets App makes it simple for your on-site team to redeem items and experiences.
- Fulfil both individual purchases and bundled items with the scan of a QR code.
- Check-in all tickets and store items together or limit a staff member’s access to store items (or even to a specific store item).
- Redeem standalone store purchases on-site.
- Sell more items on-site – all purchases immediately sync with your Tickets App data for fast fulfillment.
Store Pricing
TicketSignup is free for events – we don’t charge for any features, including Store, Websites, and Email Marketing. We only charge a processing fee on transactions, which can get passed to attendees.
Pricing Per Cart: TicketSignup’s processing fee is applied to the cart total, not each item. Some ticketing platforms charge per ticket and per add-on item, resulting in numerous additional fees of $1 or more for each add-on. TicketSignup saves your attendees a lot of money when checking out with multiple tickets and add-ons in a cart – encouraging more buying.
