In October we shipped 185 releases to TicketSignup. They cover ticketing, memberships, volunteers, payments, text messaging and the platform underneath it all, adding more than 49,000 lines of code and removing more than 11,000 lines.
October brought new ways to sell to members, protect sales and promote your events. Highlights include multi-date registration, members-only tickets, strict address verification, AI Agent controls and new waiver tracking.
Calendar-Based Events
- Multi-Date Registration. With multi-date registration, guests add tickets for several dates, time slots and ticket options to one cart and check out once.
- More Ways to Use Ticket Categories. Ticket categories now include pricing, availability, direct links and reporting options.
- Cancel Time Slots and Transfer Attendees. Cancel a time slot and let attendees move to a new date.
- Store Item Reports. See store item purchases by date with new store item reports for calendar-based events.
- Reusable Date Driven Tile Designs. Create a tile design once and assign it to many dates.
- Faster Event Pages. Event homepages and calendars with many prices now load faster.
Ticket Setup and Display
- Direct Links to a Single Ticket Level. Copy a link to one ticket level, including private levels, from the ticket setup page.
- Homepage Setting for Ticket Groups Not on Sale. A new homepage display setting lets you choose whether closed ticket groups show on your homepage.
- Amusement Tax Options. All-in pricing now excludes amusement tax, and you can hide the ticket group link on amusement fees at checkout.
Memberships
- Memberships on TicketSignup. Memberships on TicketSignup let you sell and renew memberships, then connect members to your events.
- Members-Only Tickets. Limit tickets to members with members-only tickets. Membership is verified automatically at checkout.
- QR Codes and Text-to-Join for Membership Organizations. A new Promotions page gives you QR codes and text keywords to grow your membership.
Attendee Waivers
- Waivers Signed Column in Ticket Reports. The Individual Tickets and Ticket Purchases reports now show waiver status. Each entry links to the filtered Waiver Agreements report.
- Email Purchasers With Unsigned Waivers. In Email, pick the new “All Ticket Purchasers with Unsigned Waivers” recipient list to send reminders before event day.
AI Agents
- You Choose What’s On. One AI Agents setup page controls every AI support tool, with an on/off switch for each agent.
Payments and Fraud Prevention
- Strict Address Verification (AVS). Turn on strict AVS for full address and zip matching to fight fraud on sellouts and high-risk events.
- Apple Pay on Receipts. Transaction receipts now show when a guest paid with Apple Pay.
- Coupon ROI Report Overall Stats. The Coupon ROI report now includes overall stats.
Websites
- Big Calendar. The Big Calendar shows dates, hours, prices and experiences in one view with event more design options, so guests can pick a night and go straight to checkout.
- Schedule Sections and Pages to Hide. Set a date for a section or page to come down, the same way you schedule it to publish.
- Section Status Badges. Badges in the editor show which sections are hidden, scheduled, Ticket Holders Only, Mobile Only or Desktop Only.
- Full Width Page Setting. Make every section on a page full width with one setting.
- Event Showcase. Event List V2 is now called Event Showcase.
- HEIC Image Uploads. Upload iPhone photos directly to your website.
