The TicketSignup Story

TicketSignup is event ticketing software built by RunSignup. As an Event Director and runner frustrated by existing online registration platforms, RunSignup founder Bob Bickel set out to build a better one that solved problems for event directors and participants by starting RunSignup in 2009. Today, RunSignup is the largest registration platform for US endurance events.

Over the years, customers came to us with a similar need: they were looking for easy, accessible event ticketing technology to solve problems for general admission and timed entry ticket events. So, in July 2019, we launched a new ticketing platform; in February 2022, TicketSignup formally announced. TicketSignup leveraged RunSignup’s core technology platform, robust infrastructure, and product knowledge more than a decade of solving complex event problems. Today, TicketSignup is the leading innovator in online ticket sales.
