Key Features for TicketSignup Donations
Collect Donations with TicketSignup
Customize Nonprofit Details
Highlight your cause and the value of your nonprofit in a quick snippet that displays on the donation page. Add in images of your volunteers in action or show your viewers where their donations will be used. This is your chance to share the good that you do – make the most of it!
Additionally, customize the message that shows when donations are closed. Here you can share more information on when donations will be open again.
Create Unique Donation Levels
Tell your story and encourage giving through custom donation levels. Use your recommended dollar amounts to explain the specific impact of each donation (custom donation amounts are always allowed).
- Basic Levels: Bronze ($10), Silver ($100), Gold ($500) and Platinum ($1,000)
- Focused on the Cause: An Entree ($10), One Meal ($25), A Family Feast ($100), a Month of Food ($500)
Checkbox Donation
Give your attendees one more opportunity to donate via an effortless checkbox option at checkout. Events that enable a checkbox consistently raise more than those with only donations within the purchase path.
- Checkbox option only shows when an attendee doesn’t make a donation
- Create up to 3 donation levels as a call to action within the checkbox
Pass on Donation Fees
While you always have the option to absorb the processing fees, pass them onto purchasers, or split them, donation processing fees have another money-saving option.
Add a custom prompt encouraging donors to opt to cover the processing fees, reducing your effective processing fee and keeping more money for your cause.
Donation Discounts
Reward donors and encourage more giving with automated ticket discounts for donations that reach a specified threshold. Donation discounts are an easy way to turn occasional attendees into long-term supporters of your organization
- Call out the discount available in your ticket tile banner
- Discount is applied per ticket
- Create custom discount amounts for each ticket group you have.
Standalone Donation Pages
Looking for a simple solution for collecting donations? With TicketSignup you can collect year round donations without having an event. TicketSignup is designed to be a flexible solution for all event types. Start raising more for your cause now!
See an example of what a standalone donation page looks like. The Year 4 Giving, Feed It Forward fundraising event is working to raise donations to fight food insecurity within Anderson County. The event needed a simple solution for only collecting donations. In the Ticket Wizard they created a simple ticket event. To customize the look they added a custom banner image, donation card, donation thermometer, and slideshow. How it works:
- When only collecting donations you still need to create a ticket event within the Ticket Wizard
- Hide the default event ticket tiles on your info page
- Hide the “Sign Up” button so no donors can access any of the placeholder tickets you made within the wizard
- Delete the default “Buy Tickets” page within your website builder
- When creating your event list your event end date to be far in the future, for example: 1/30/2095
